Mama Pacha Sabor Sofrito

Ingredients
2 Large Onions
1 Large Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper (Optional)
8–10 Garlic Cloves
3–4 Ajíes Dulces (If Available)
1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
1 Bunch Recao/Culantro (If Available)
1 Tablespoon Mama Pacha Sabor Sazón
1 Cup Olive or Vegetable Oil (Adjust for Desired Texture)
Preparation
1.Wash and roughly chop all vegetables.
2. Add onions, peppers, garlic, ajíes dulces, cilantro, and culantro to a food processor.
3. Pulse until fine but still with texture — avoid liquefying.
4. Add oil and sazón; pulse again to combine.
5. Transfer to airtight containers or ice cube trays.

Yield: 3–4 cups

Freeze: 3–4 months
