Crispy Adobo Potatoes

 

Crispy, full of sabor, and so easy to make! Just a few ingredients, one pan, and you’ve got golden potatoes that taste like home (no extra salt needed).

Perfect with eggs, in a bowl, or tucked into tacos. Simple, cozy, and always a hit the spot.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp Mama Pacha Sabor Adobo


Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F

  • Wash and cube potatoes into even bite-sized pieces (no need to peel unless you want to)

  • Line a baking sheet for easy cleanup


Cooking

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and Adobo until evenly coated.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer

  4. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through
