Crispy Adobo Potatoes
Crispy, full of sabor, and so easy to make! Just a few ingredients, one pan, and you’ve got golden potatoes that taste like home (no extra salt needed).
Perfect with eggs, in a bowl, or tucked into tacos. Simple, cozy, and always a hit the spot.
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp Mama Pacha Sabor Adobo
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Wash and cube potatoes into even bite-sized pieces (no need to peel unless you want to)
Line a baking sheet for easy cleanup
Cooking
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with olive oil and Adobo until evenly coated.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer
Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through
